The impact of risk Management in Financial decision based on the quality earnings listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange

This study examines the impact financial of risk management decisions on quality pays dividends. Research methods in survey data collection and analysis in terms of descriptive information such as interview techniques, questionnaire 50 companies listed on the stock exchange and the use of library resources and evaluate financial information and accounting is done. The results show that the quality of earnings, spending a significant of risk to the companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange is not so in this market, the price is not the determining factor in of risk variability of future returns not explained.
