The best housing pattern in cold and mountainous climate

By increased population in urban areas-either by reproduction or by immigration to cities for example capital cities- traditional houses with spacious rooms, consistent with climate were not satisfying the needs of the population, so making house units or apartments with the best space and according to the number of family members and consistent with climate can satisfy the needs of homeless or families which are low paid. Because of unavailability of suitable housing and non standard housing, it directly and indirectly alike can cause a social inconsistency in addition of destructive effects on social mental condition and then social consequences like robbery, crime, violating rules and regulations follow that influence all aspects of people’s lives. Now the question is if we can introduce the best pattern for housing to satisfy all human needs and bring him peace and comfort and what issues we should notice to reach this goal. we try to evaluate the best housing pattern in cold and mountainous climate based on some factors such as structure, spatial relations, economy, climate, and mental issues and to study the weaknesses and strengths based on present conditions and at last to introduce some appropriate ways.Research method is descriptive-analytical and it studies the facts and information gathered from different libraries and analyzes them to give instructions and the best designing pattern in cold and mountainous climate.this study shows that the best house is created according to all beliefs and economical, cultural, mental, spatial factors so that it can provide peace and comfort
