INSPECTION OF CONDITIONS, UMITATIONSMETHODS OF POWER FACTOR. DIELECTIC BREAK DOWN AND MOISTURE CONTENT TESTS

Moisture Content,dielectric power factor and dielectric break ak down tests are very important for new transformers during commissioning and old transformers during maintenance period In this paper at first the author introduce the concept of the above mentioned tests,then prove that methed of oil measurement is not done correctely in IRAN, thereforefore it should be revized as soon as possibie For taking a right decision & good judgement about test results evaluation of Conditions,selection of applicable methods and relations among different factors has been investigated and finalized in this paper.
