New System of Electrical Energy Transmission on the Basis of Compact Lines Lines with Increased Transfer Capability & With Controlled Shunt Reactors

The Comparison of two ways for decrease of overhead lines inductive impedance is presented in a paper . It is shown that the way of conductors structure optimization is more effective than the way of series capacitors compenstion. And there are considered the possible ways for creating of shunt reactors control system.
