CAUSE EFECT ANALYSIS OF DAMAGES ON DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER

Every year for various reasons,a number of Distribution Trans formers are and out of service, in M.R.E.C. Investigation shows that, among different parameters Causing t hese damages,, Problem of design, Enviromental factors, and Carelessness in operation i&Maintenance are the most crucial parameters to be taken as responsible for these type of damages. In this paper, while dealing statistcally with the accidents of this type on distribution transformers in M.R.E.C some methods of prevention hence, reduction of these accidents are proposed.
