چکیده مقاله:

In this study, in order to support entrepreneeurship, and also help entrepreneurs for leading their business first principles of practical corporate management and tools for enterprise analyses are presented then one of these tools called success factors analyses, selected and after definition of this tool and also introduces the implementation process, practical analysis of an IT company had been started.After identifying branch success factors in a workshop we determined priority and evaluated these factors on a scale 0-10 for today as current situation and tomorrow as target. Then we found delta in two factors that they need to develop and improve.In the next step we carried out identifying and cross-linking company specific success factors. We analyzed specific success factors with influence matrix. With this matrix we found out which factors have the capability to influence other factors and vice versa. With active and passive success foactors and also with some calculation of influence matrix and then change it into graphic so we can interpret the results easily. We calculated average active and passive factors. then each sector that have more than average influence into other factors, is more importan. Finally, this study provides results and if according to this research in some sectors the company was very poor develop despite that sector was very important then they need to develop factors of that sector. And for finding best actions we do '' card inquiry'', and in the last part this process is expressed.
