The parallel Eigen-Transform

In this paper we paralleled Eigen-Transform for pattern recognition of image ,using SVD segmentation, this can reduce compute time of Eigen-Transform process thus we can save amount of time and with adding new element to old algorithm we improve quality and precision of segmentation and recognition. In this work we also show that if the images had been noisy, our algorithm working well and had a good results.
