The Assessment of bioclimatic levels affecting Human comfort condition Case study: Sarakhs

Today the assessment of bioclimatic conditions can be used as an Important tool in the hands of local planners. Human comfort level in the natural enviroment has a direct connection to the bioclimatic factors such as temperature, humidity, sunlight and the duration of sunlight. Thus, in this study we tried to assess the bioclimatic conditions of the city of Sarakhs according to Misnard index, and using the obtained information from the synoptic station of Sarakhs from the years 1990 to 2010.The obtained results show that annually bioclimatic condition range from warm with comfort to cold in this area. In this index we offer suggestions and a much needed assessment of dangers to human comfort levels or the lack of human comfort during a year, In accordance with the features and specific climatic conditions of the city of Sarakhs. Which can be used for many of the urban planning activities of this fast developing city.
