Strategic analysis of the future research model of innovative strategy, capacities and human capital and improving of the organization's performance (case study: Ports and Maritime Organization of the country)

This research is done with the purpose of strategic analysis of the future research model of innovative strategy, capacities and human capital and improving the performance of the organization. The present research is a non-experimental (descriptive) research from the point of view of practical-developmental goal and from the point of view of the data collection method, which was conducted in a survey way. The statistical population includes the managers of the Ports and Maritime Organization of the country, who were selected from the Vice President of Human Resources, the Office of Strategic Planning and Studies, and the Research and Development Center. Sampling was done by targeted method and theoretical saturation was achieved with people. First, using semi-structured expert interviews, the internal and external factors of the future-oriented model of innovative strategy were identified with the method of qualitative analysis of the theme. Then, by using SWOT analysis and Quantitative Strategic Assessment Matrix (QSPM), factors were analyzed and a suitable scenario was presented. MaxQDA software was used to perform thematic analysis, and SWOT analysis calculations were performed in Excel software. Based on the findings of the evaluation matrix of internal and external factors, the appropriate strategy to improve the performance of the country's ports and maritime organization should minimize environmental pressures and threats by focusing on internal strengths. Finally, based on the quantitative strategic planning matrix analysis, conservative strategy number (Wor) with a score of ۱,rr. is the best scenario for the port and shipping organization. Competitive strategy number (ST) with a score of ۰,VTV and offensive strategy number (SO) with a score of ۰,۱V are next in priority.
