چکیده مقاله:

Technology commercialization has become a major strategic challenge for organizations seeking to transform technological knowledge into economic value and achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Despite the growing body of research on dynamic capabilities and technology commercialization, there is still a lack of an integrated framework that explains how the organizational capabilities required for the sustained commercialization of technology are systematically developed. To address this gap, this study develops a conceptual framework for explaining the process through which technology commercialization capability is developed within organizations. Drawing on a conceptual research approach and an integrative review of the literature, the study brings together insights from the literature on dynamic capabilities and technology commercialization within an organization-centered model. The proposed framework conceptualizes technology commercialization as a continuous organizational process that begins with the environmental and organizational context and, through strategic resources, organizational mechanisms, managerial microfoundations, and dynamic capabilities, contributes to the development of technology commercialization capability. By integrating these organizational elements into a coherent framework, the study extends the literature on technology commercialization and provides a theoretical basis for future empirical research, as well as practical guidance for managers and policymakers seeking to strengthen organizational commercialization capabilities.
