چکیده مقاله:

The rapid growth of digital platforms has reshaped labor markets and global value chains, yet traditional gig economy and e-commerce models remain constrained by centralized control, labor insecurity, and fragmented service delivery. This study introduces a decentralized hybrid platform that integrates product distribution, service provision, network-based employment, and retail-driven job creation within a unified socio-technical system. The model enables local retail units and individual micro-entrepreneurs to operate as service providers, product distributors, and coordinators of professional services, promoting multi-source income and worker autonomy. Using AI-powered coordination, the platform optimizes task allocation, demand forecasting, and dynamic pricing, while ensuring transparency and accountability through decentralized governance and smart contracts. Additionally, it incorporates innovative socio-economic mechanisms, such as redistribution of internet data revenues to low-income individuals for essential nutrition and environmental sustainability through reusable packaging and electric vehicles. The platform's impact extends to job creation, with retail stores potentially employing over ۱ billion individuals globally, contributing to sustainable development goals. This paper contributes to the literature on platform economies and sustainable business models by offering a scalable blueprint for inclusive economic development and socially responsible employment, suitable for both developed and developing economies. The proposed model demonstrates that digital platforms can drive equitable growth and planetary welfare while reducing inequality and promoting sustainable economic practices.
