چکیده مقاله:

In knowledge-based economies, the “innovation valley of death" the critical gap between knowledge generation and successful market entry-poses a major barrier to technology commercialization. While open innovation offers a strategic paradigm to accelerate knowledge flows across organizational boundaries, a systematic framework linking its drivers directly to national production development remains scarce. This study aims to identify and categorize the core drivers of open innovation that actively bridge the gap from knowledge creation to commercialization. Utilizing a research synthesis approach combined with large-scale text analysis, a corpus of approximately ...peer-reviewed articles was analyzed. Through Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling, the dominant thematic patterns within the literature were extracted. The findings reveal that open innovation drivers operate across five foundational clusters: (۱) organizational and human capabilities, (Y) networks and innovation ecosystems, (") strategic management and business models, (۲) analytical tools and digital technologies, and (°) cognitive and cultural processes. Crucially, this study demonstrates how integrating these five dimensions provides actionable mechanisms to overcome the valley of death. By addressing these clusters, organizations can facilitate targeted knowledge exchange and strengthen collaborative innovation. Ultimately, the proposed multidimensional framework equips policymakers, industry managers, and ecosystem actors with practical, data-driven strategies to design resilient business models, optimize the commercialization of technological outcomes, and empower national production systems.
