چکیده مقاله:

Amlodipine is a widely used drug from the calcium channel blocker group, widely prescribed for the treatment of hypertension and chest pain due to coronary artery disease. Despite its high therapeutic efficacy, excessive or uncontrolled use of amlodipine can lead to various side effects, which emphasizes the importance of reliable and accurate quantification of these drugs in different sample matrices. In the present research work, Ti۳C۲ MXene /AC nanocomposite was utilized to modify the electrode surface and enhance the efficiency of its electrochemical behavior. The structural and morphological characteristics of the synthesized nanocomposite were evaluated using FESEM, XRD, and FTIR techniques. CV and DPV techniques were utilized to study the electrochemical behavior and determine Amlodipine, respectively. The proposed sensor exhibited a limit of detection (LOD) of ۱.۳ µM and demonstrated a linear range of ۱.۹۹-۴۷.۶۱ μM Finally, the developed electrochemical sensing platform was successfully applied to the determination steps of Amlodipine in biological and drug samples. The attained results indicate that the proposed method provides a low detection limit, a wide linear range, and satisfactory analytical performance, making it a promising approach for the sensitive determination of Amlodipine.
