چکیده مقاله:

Self-compacting concrete (SCC) has emerged as a breakthrough innovation in the construction industry, gaining significant attention due to its ability to flow and compact under its own weight without the need for vibration. This feature contributes to reduce energy consumption and construction time. However, the environmental challenges associated with the production and use of conventional concrete materials have created a pressing need for sustainable alternatives. This paper explores the use of eco-friendly alternative materials in SCC to address the growing concerns related to cement production. Industrial and mineral waste materials have been investigated as potential substitutes to reduce the environmental footprint. Recent studies have demonstrated that incorporating supplementary cementitious materials such as fly ash, glass powder, and marble waste can significantly enhance both the mechanical and environmental performance of SCC. This article reviews the current research in this field and analyzes the advantages and challenges of integrating these sustainable materials.
