The right to climate sustainability and mechanism for achieving climate justice

Currently, the increasing potential for environmental damage and the occurrence of consequences arising from climate change is an admission of the intensification of climate instability and the failure of international negotiations. In this regard, this study aims to examine the importance and necessity of the position of the climate justice mechanism in treaties and agreements related to the climate change crisis. This study also examines the focus on mechanisms based on the approach of rights to climate sustainability as an effective missing link in implementing climate justice and reducing the consequences of the climate change crisis. It is hoped that the results of this research will confirm, develop and realize the right to a sustainable climate and defeat the climate change crisis.
