چکیده مقاله:

Ceramic Fused Filament Fabrication (CFFF) has emerged as a promising extrusion-based additive manufacturing technique for producing complex ceramic components. This work reviews the complete CF۳ process chain, including feedstock formulation, filament extrusion, printing, debinding, and sintering. Particular emphasis is placed on the influence of solid loading, extrusion temperature, and screw speed on rheology, filament quality, defect formation, and final densification. The analysis highlights current challenges—such as filament brittleness, porosity, and anisotropic shrinkage—and outlines future directions for improving process reliability and mechanical performance.
