چکیده مقاله:

The quenching and partitioning (Q&P) treatment was employed to tailor phase evolution and mechanical response in a ۱۳% Cr martensitic stainless steel. The effects of nitrogen alloying and Q&P parameters on the stabilization of austenite were evaluated. Results showed that increasing quenching temperature enhances austenite stabilization up to an optimum, followed by a reduction at higher temperatures. Increasing nitrogen from ۰.۰۰۵% to ۰.۱۳% raised the peak stabilized austenite fraction from ۱۳.۴% to ۱۵.۹% through synergistic enrichment. Mechanical testing confirmed that the high-nitrogen grade exhibits ۱۴% higher tensile strength and ۷% greater ductility.
