چکیده مقاله:

This study explores the influence of blending standard and flexible photopolymer resins on the mechanical Properties of DLP ۳D-printed parts. Five resin formulations with different weight ratios were prepared, and specimens were fabricated following ISO-۵۲۷ standard. Tensile testing revealed that increasing the proportion of flexible resin decreased tensile strength and elastic modulus, while elongation at break was enhanced. Intermediate blends, S۳F۱ and S۲F۲, demonstrated a balanced combination of mechanical properties due to synergistic interactions between the rigid and elastomeric phases. These findings suggest that resin blending is an effective approach to tailor both strength and flexibility for applications such as prosthetics, soft structures, and wearable electronics.
