چکیده مقاله:

This study investigates the effects of rolling reduction and annealing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low-carbon steel, supported by ABAQUS simulation. Samples were rolled to as-received, ۲۰%, and ۴۰% thickness reduction and annealed at as-received, ۲۵۰ °C, and ۵۵۰ °C. The results showed that ۴۰% rolling followed by as-received annealing produced the highest strength and hardness due to severe strain and suppressed recovery, whereas as-received rolling combined with ۵۵۰ °C annealing resulted in the lowest mechanical properties because of recrystallization and grain growth. The ABAQUS simulations closely matched the experimental trends, confirming the strong influence of deformation and annealing on the mechanical behavior.
