چکیده مقاله:
The escalating necessity for expanding human presence in space—from Low Earth Orbit (LEO) toward the Moon, Mars, and eventually distant star systems—has introduced unprecedented challenges in the realms of management and governance. Traditional managerial models, predicated on real-time communication, centralization, and Earth-based supply chains, inevitably fail when confronted with the physical realities of deep space, specifically prolonged communication latencies and absolute isolation. This report presents a comprehensive theoretical framework (Akbarian’s Interstellar Management Theory (AIMT)) for interstellar management, grounded in the integration of classical management principles with local autonomy, polycentric governance, and AI-driven decision-making systems. By analyzing physical constraints, such as time dilation and signal delay, and leveraging historical analogues like the Age of Sail, this research proposes a model for organizing decentralized, adaptive networks in extraterrestrial environments.
