چکیده مقاله:

In today's competitive and dynamic environment, the success of strategic management depends not only on precise planning and environmental analyses but also largely on human and behavioral factors within the organization. This article aims to investigate the impact of organizational behavior management on strategic management by conducting a systematic literature review. Searching reputable databases (ScienceDirect, Emerald, Google Scholar, SID, and Civilica), out of ۲۸۷ articles identified between ۲۰۱۸ and ۲۰۲۴, ۴۲ sources were selected for final analysis after screening. Findings indicate that key organizational behavior variables including transformational leadership, strategy-aligned organizational culture, effective motivation systems, employee participation in decision-making, and transparent communication play a decisive role in the success of different stages of strategic management from formulation to implementation and evaluation. The results suggest that the gap between strategy formulation and implementation largely stems from neglecting these behavioral factors. Finally, an integrated conceptual model is presented that explains how these five behavioral components affect the three-stage strategic management process, serving as a foundation for future research and managerial decision-making.
