چکیده مقاله:
The rapid expansion of the global sport and fitness industry has increased the importance of effective human resource development within sport organizations. In recent years, fusion fitness programs—training approaches that combine multiple exercise disciplines such as strength training, functional fitness, yoga, and high‑intensity workouts—have gained significant popularity due to their diversity, flexibility, and ability to attract a wide range of participants. As these programs continue to evolve, sport organizations must adopt strategic approaches to develop their human resources in order to improve coaching quality, participant satisfaction, and organizational performance. Therefore, the main objective of this study was to develop a strategic model for human resource development in fusion fitness sports with an emphasis on psychological capital, coach empowerment, and organizational performance. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach based on a systematic literature review. Relevant academic sources related to sport management, organizational behavior, psychological capital, coach empowerment, and innovation in the fitness industry were reviewed and analyzed. The research relied on library-based data collection and content analysis of previous studies to identify the key dimensions and relationships among the main variables of the proposed framework. The findings of the study indicate that strategic human resource development in fusion fitness organizations can be explained through three major dimensions: psychological capital development, coach empowerment, and organizational performance improvement. Psychological capital—consisting of self‑efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience—plays a crucial role in enhancing coaches’ motivation and adaptability. Coach empowerment, including autonomy, participation in decision‑making, and professional development opportunities, contributes to greater creativity and commitment among sport professionals. Furthermore, the integration of these human resource factors with innovation and technological adoption can significantly improve service quality, participant satisfaction, and organizational sustainability. In conclusion, the study proposes an integrated conceptual framework that highlights the importance of psychological and organizational factors in strengthening human resource development within fusion fitness organizations. The results suggest that sport managers should focus on developing coaches’ psychological capabilities, empowering staff, and fostering innovation to enhance organizational effectiveness.
