چکیده مقاله:

With the advancement of digital technologies, smart agricultural governance has emerged as one of the most critical approaches to addressing contemporary challenges in food security and environmental sustainability. However, the introduction of data-driven technologies without considering local, cultural, ethical, and ontological dimensions can perpetuate knowledge inequalities and increase the vulnerability of local communities. Using a descriptive-analytical approach and a systematic review of scientific sources, this study examines the necessity of integrating indigenous knowledge, bioethical principles, and participatory frameworks into the processes of smart agricultural governance. Findings indicate that social acceptance, the effectiveness of emerging technologies, and long-term sustainability can only be achieved by recognizing epistemic diversity, promoting knowledge justice, and ensuring the autonomy of local communities. Finally, the paper offers recommendations for developing context-sensitive data systems, safeguarding farmers' data ownership, and designing policies based on interdisciplinary dialogue.
