The effectiveness of teaching soft communication skills on behavioral disorders and psychological disturbances of students in dealing with teachers

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of teaching soft communication skills on behavioral disorders and psychological disturbances of students in dealing with teachers. The research is of pre-test-post-test type with a control group and the statistical population of the research is made up of students with behavioral disorders in front of the teachers of Kermanshah city, ۳۰ students were selected in a randomized convenience sampling and fifteen people were placed in two experimental and control groups. Research tools include: cognitive-behavioral avoidance questionnaire and depression, anxiety and stress questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, the analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) method was used. The findings of the research indicated that teaching soft communication skills reduced psychological disturbances and behavioral disorders of students in dealing with teachers.
