چکیده مقاله:

The increasing complexity and uncertainty of large-scale construction projects have intensified the need for effective risk management strategies. In this context, digital technologies have emerged as powerful tools for improving project performance and enhancing resilience. This study aims to investigate the challenges and opportunities associated with the implementation of digital technologies in risk management of large-scale construction projects in Tehran. The research adopts a descriptive-survey methodology. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed among ۵۰ professionals and experts involved in large-scale construction projects. The reliability of the instrument was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (۰.۸۴). Statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, one-sample t-test, Spearman correlation, and chi-square test, were applied. The findings indicate that digital technologies, particularly Building Information Modeling (BIM) and project management software, significantly contribute to risk reduction, improved decision-making under uncertainty, and enhanced project resilience. A significant positive relationship was observed between the level of digital technology usage and perceived effectiveness in risk mitigation (p=۰.۵۲, p<۰.۰۰۱). However, several critical challenges were identified, including high implementation costs, lack of skilled workforce, integration difficulties, limited availability of reliable data, and regulatory constraints. The study concludes that while digital technologies offer substantial opportunities, their successful implementation requires strengthening organizational capabilities, developing technical expertise, and improving regulatory and infrastructural support.
