This article investigates on how user response models help shape AI driven, personalized spaces and their impact on health focused design and well being. Smart systems can adjust our environments in real time based on our physical, behavioral, and emotional reactions. The research combines ideas with real life examples from smart homes, healthcare, and workplaces. It shows that designs that adapt to people's needs can really help reduce stress, boost brain function, and support overall mental and physical health. The report also points out key issues like privacy concerns, ethical questions, and how to integrate AI effectively. It suggests a forward-thinking approach based on future studies and data-driven design for the next generation of smart, personalized architecture.
