چکیده مقاله:

Purpose This study proposes a health-focused UI for SnappFood, Iran's top food delivery app, using minimalist design to promote healthier eating. It tackles obesity and diet issues by simplifying navigation, cutting visual clutter, and highlighting nutrition features. Amid rising fast-food delivery in Iran, the design turns passive ordering into mindful choices, supporting WHO digital nutrition efforts. Design/Methodology Adopting user-centered design (UCD) and integrated design engineering (IDE), the mixed-methods study surveyed ۱۵۰ users on habits and interviewed ۳۰ on health features. Iran's Ministry of Health guidelines and global datasets shaped features. A Figma prototype used clear fonts, ample white space, and soft natural colors. Key elements: nutritional filters (calories, allergens), personalized suggestions, activity-based plans, "Healthy Choices" homepage, health-badged search, cart with nutrition summaries and swaps, and a dashboard with simple intake charts. Twenty think-aloud sessions and SUS testing refined it. Findings SUS averaged ۸۵, showing high usability. Users selected healthier meals ۴۰% more often, with ۱۵% faster sessions due to less fatigue. Awareness of portions and nutrients rose, curbing impulses. Screen density was ۶۰% lower than peers, aiding focus. Some users needed time to adjust to simplicity. Limitations/Implications Urban bias and self-reports limit generalizability; longitudinal studies could track real health impacts, with ML enabling deeper personalization. Practical/Social Implications Minimal API tweaks boost SnappFood's edge in health trends. It enhances equity by democratizing nutrition info, aiding Iran's disease prevention. Originality First minimalist health UI for a Middle Eastern delivery app, with a tested prototype proving subtle changes drive behavior-scalable globally.
