چکیده مقاله:

In the present study, lignocellulosic fillers including softwood (cypress), hardwood (beech) and non-wood (wheat straw) at ۵ temperature levels of ۱۷۰, ۱۸۰, ۱۹۰, ۲۰۰ and ۲۱۰ °C for ۲ hours. It was thermally modified and two modification levels of ۲۰۰ °C and ۲۱۰ °C were chosen in addition to the control. Then the reinforced composite with a ratio of ۶۰:۴۰ polypropylene and filler was prepared and the properties of the composite was investigated. The results of mass loss due to thermal modification for softwood, hardwood and non-wood samples showed mass loss of ۴.۵%, ۶.۳% and ۱۴%, respectively. Also, the stepwise degradation of cell wall compounds following the increase in thermal modification temperature and the formation of new bonds in lignocellulosic fillers, which causes a significant decrease in the dimensional shrinkage was caused by moisture absorption following thermal modification.
