چکیده مقاله:
The global economy is experiencing a profound transformation, driven by an unprecedented convergence of crises-including climate change, geopolitical instability, pandemics, and rising inequality. These overlapping challenges, often described as a "polycrisis," have exposed the structural weaknesses of traditional economic growth models rooted in neoclassical assumptions and an overreliance on GDP as the primary measure of progress. This paper argues for a paradigmatic shift in how we define and pursue economic development, advocating for a new framework that prioritizes resilience, equity, and ecological sustainability. Through a historical analysis of economic thought, a critique of current policy limitations, and an exploration of innovative policy instruments including fiscal reform, green industrial strategies, and global governance mechanisms-this study outlines the architecture of a reimagined economic system. Drawing on global case studies from the Nordic countries, East Asia, and the European Union, the paper demonstrates the feasibility of transitioning toward a post-growth economy centered on well-being, inclusion, and environmental regeneration. The conclusion stresses that overcoming the current era of systemic risk will require not only institutional redesign but also moral clarity and political courage to embrace a truly transformative vision of shared prosperity.
