چکیده مقاله:
This paper reviews the strategic integration of Value Engineering (VE) with Fuzzy Logic methodologies to optimize decision-making and risk management in highway construction projects. It highlights how VE enhances efficiency and reduces costs, while Fuzzy Logic addresses inherent uncertainties. Quantitative metrics demonstrate that VE can reduce project costs by ۱۰-۳۰%, with Fuzzy Logic adding an additional ۵-۱۵% in savings. Value enhancement, measured by structural lifespan and environmental impact, can improve by up to ۲۰%. Risk prediction accuracy also sees a ۲۵% increase through fuzzy modeling. The review integrates findings from prior studies, showcasing real-world applications and discussing future research directions.
