Neutrinos have attracted significant attention as potential ultra-penetrative carriers of information, capable of traversing dense media with minimal interaction. This paper investigates the feasibility of harnessing neutrinos for data transmission within meta-material environments, exploring theoretical foundations, modeling of interaction mechanisms, and simulation prospects. Emphasis is placed on coupling between neutrino flux and structured electromagnetic lattices found in meta-materials, defining energy transfer equations and boundary conditions for potential signal modulation. The profound challenges associated with ultra-low cross-section interactions are examined alongside proposed amplification strategies leveraging resonant meta-structures. This work aims to bridge the gap between established neutrino physics and emerging engineered material science to conceptualize a truly ubiquitous communication backbone.
