چکیده مقاله:
The emergence of smart hospitals-driven by artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), and blockchain technology-marks a transformative leap in global healthcare delivery. This systematic review synthesizes findings from ۱۲۰ peer-reviewed articles and case studies published between ۲۰۱۸ and ۲۰۲۳, sourced from PubMed, IEEE Xplore, and Scopus, and conducted in accordance with PRISMA guidelines. The results indicate significant improvements in healthcare efficiency, including a ۳۵-۴۰% reduction in diagnostic errors, a ۲۵% decline in ۳۰-day readmissions, and a ۲۰% enhancement in resource allocation. Despite these advances, challenges remain: interoperability issues hinder seamless data exchange, cybersecurity threats endanger patient privacy, and ethical dilemmas arise from AI-driven decision-making. Although current implementations are dominated by high-income countries, case studies from India and South Africa underscore scalability barriers in resource-limited settings. To overcome these challenges, we advocate for the global adoption of interoperability standards (e.g., HL۷ FHIR), blockchain-secured data frameworks, GDPR- compliant regulations, and public-private partnerships. Furthermore, cost-benefit analyses reveal a ۳۵% return on investment (ROI) over five years for smart hospital systems, underlining their long- term viability. This study highlights the necessity of holistic strategies that balance technological innovation with ethical governance, equity, and human-centric design to fully harness the potential of smart hospitals.
