چکیده مقاله:
This study presents a BIM-based system for accurately managing Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW) in sustainable construction projects. The method integrates detailed BIM modeling, precise material and waste quantification, and mathematical models for evaluating disposal costs and carbon emissions. A real building project in Chengdu, China, was used to validate the approach. Results show that BIM significantly improves CDW data accuracy, supports reliable recycling and disposal assessments, and helps identify CDW types with the highest environmental and economic impacts. The system provides a practical and comprehensive framework for enhancing sustainable CDW management and advancing circular construction practices.
