چکیده مقاله:

Supply chain network design (SCND) is a critical determinant of organizational performance, traditionally emphasizing operational efficiency through optimization of facility locations, inventory flows, and transportation costs. Recent research has increasingly recognized the importance of integrating financial considerations such as working capital management, cash flow, investment constraints, and financial risk into SCND to enhance resilience and profitability. This systematic review synthesizes current literature on financially integrated SCND (FI-SCND), examining methodological approaches, decision levels, and emerging trends. Key findings reveal a shift from purely cost-focused optimization toward holistic models that simultaneously address operational efficiency, financial robustness, and risk mitigation. The review identifies prevalent modeling techniques, highlights the role of digital technologies such as big data analytics and AI in enabling real-time financial decision-making, and discusses persistent challenges including data complexity, multi-objective trade-offs, and coordination between operational and financial goals. By classifying existing studies and identifying research gaps, this review provides actionable insights for researchers and practitioners, supporting the design of supply chains that are financially resilient, operationally effective, and strategically aligned with global market demands.
