چکیده مقاله:

As industries shift toward sustainable and intelligent production, the concept of the Virtual Factory-a fully digital environment enabling real manufacturing processes has gained growing attention. This study adopts a conceptual and analytical approach to present the Digi Wash framework, designed to simulate and manage the production lifecycle of a smart, eco-friendly detergent capsule called Smart Eco Caps. The model integrates four key modules: AI-driven product design, digital twin simulation, IOT-based quality monitoring, and data-driven commercialization. By exploring how virtual factories can eliminate physical infrastructure while maintaining high efficiency, customization, and sustainability, this research provides a strategic roadmap for consumer product industries seeking to digitize operations and reduce environmental impact. The Digi Wash model not only reflects a technological innovation but also offers a blueprint for the future of sustainable, zero-infrastructure manufacturing systems.
