چکیده مقاله:

The present study aimed to investigate the multiple relationships of happiness, social skills, family climate, and psychological capital with psychological well-being among first-grade male secondary school students in Falavarjan (Isfahan Province) during the ۲۰۲۵ academic year. The research method was descriptive–correlational, and ۱۰۰ participants were selected through multistage random sampling. The research instruments included the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (Hills & Argyle, ۲۰۰۲), the Social Skills Questionnaire (Gresham & Elliott, ۱۹۹۰), the Family Environment Scale (Moos & Moos, ۲۰۰۹), the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (Luthans et al., ۲۰۰۷), and Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scale (Ryff, ۱۹۸۹; Ryff & Keyes, ۱۹۹۵). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and simultaneous multiple regression in SPSS version ۲۶. The results indicated that all predictor variables had a positive and significant relationship with psychological well-being, with psychological capital showing the strongest correlation (r = ۰.۵۵۰, p = ۰.۰۰۱). The regression model was also significant (F = ۱۹.۰۰۸, p = ۰.۰۰۱), and the variables explained ۴۲.۱% of the variance in psychological well-being. Among the predictors, psychological capital had the greatest contribution to predicting psychological well-being (β = ۰.۳۲۳, p = ۰.۰۰۱). Based on the findings, strengthening individuals’ positive psychological resources and improving family and social conditions may enhance adolescents’ psychological well-being.
