This meta-analytic review systematically examines the efficacy of digital mindfulness programs (DMPs) in mitigating workplace stress. Drawing upon recent empirical studies published between ۲۰۲۰ and ۲۰۲۵, this article synthesizes quantitative evidence to provide a comprehensive understanding of the overall effect size, heterogeneity, and potential moderators of DMPs on occupational stress. The findings indicate a significant and consistent reduction in workplace stress among participants engaging in DMPs, highlighting their potential as accessible and scalable interventions in contemporary work environments. This review also addresses the methodological quality of included studies and discusses implications for future research and practical applications.
