چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational intelligence implementation through video surveillance systems on employee productivity, considering the mediating role of employee participation in the Central Iron Ore Company of Iran. This applied research employed a descriptive-survey method, and data were collected from ۳۶۰ employees selected through convenience sampling from a population of approximately ۴,۰۰۰ personnel. Data collection tools included standardized and researcher-made questionnaires, whose validity and reliability were confirmed using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The findings revealed that organizational intelligence through video surveillance systems positively affects both employee productivity and participation. Moreover, employee participation plays a mediating role between organizational intelligence and productivity (P < ۰.۰۵). Accordingly, integrating surveillance technologies with participatory management policies is proposed as the most effective strategy for enhancing human resource productivity.
