AI Predictive Modeling in Digital Cost Control: A case study

Traditional cost control models typically consider actual situations and analyze the project conditions according to current situations. However, AI predictive modeling could support project managers and decision makers to predict future potential issues in project digital analysis and economics. Once major issues are identified, it is possible to apply preventive digital cost control accordingly. An illustrative example is given to demonstrate how machine learning and AI-driving models could enhance project metrics.
