چکیده مقاله:

This narrative review examines how emotional intelligence (EI) facilitates the relationship between green leadership and employees' environmental behaviors within organizational settings. As organizations increasingly prioritize sustainability, understanding the mechanisms that drive employees to adopt environmentally friendly practices is critical. Green leadership, characterized by promoting sustainable practices, may be amplified by leaders' EI, which enhances their ability to communicate, motivate, and foster a supportive environment for green initiatives. This review synthesizes nine peer-reviewed articles published between ۲۰۲۰ and ۲۰۲۵ from databases including ScienceDirect and Springer, focusing on the interplay between EI, green leadership, and employee environmental behaviors. Findings suggest that EI acts as a mediator, strengthening the impact of green leadership on employees' pro-environmental actions. The review discusses theoretical and practical implications, highlighting the need for further research to explore this relationship across diverse contexts.
