چکیده مقاله:

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between social empowerment, communication boundaries in the family, and professional ethics in elementary teachers. The research was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all ۲۰۰ teachers of public elementary schools in the academic year ۲۰۲۴-۲۰۲۵. Based on the statistical population of the present study and considering the Krejcie and Morgan table, ۱۳۰ teachers were selected by convenience sampling. The data collection tools included Armito et al.'s Professional Ethics Questionnaire (۲۰۱۲), Fatemi et al.'s Social Empowerment Questionnaire (۲۰۱۷), and Kiani et al.'s Family Communication Boundaries Questionnaire (۲۰۱۰). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation method and stepwise regression. The findings showed that there was a significant positive correlation between social empowerment and normal communication boundaries in the family In general, the findings of this study emphasize the importance of the role of social empowerment and relational boundaries in the family in the professional ethics of elementary teachers.
