چکیده مقاله:
In this research the goal is to construct Graphene oxide nanoribbon/Nickle metal-organic frameworks modified glassy carbon electrode for sensitive electrochemical determination of Tarceva. The modifier was prepared via one-step solvothermal method. Characterization of modified electrode surface was investigated by scanning electron microscopy and FT-IR. The synthesized nanoparticles significantly increase the oxidation current of Tarceva which lead to its trace-level quantification. The proposed method had a linear dynamic range from ۰.۷ to ۵۰.۰ μmol L-۱ with detection limit of ۰.۱ μmol L-۱. The modified electrodes were successfully applied for the determination of Tarceva in tablets.
