چکیده مقاله:

Quinoxaline derivatives are one of the most important nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds that exhibit various biological and pharmacological activities, such as antiviral, antifungal, antiparasitic, anticancer, etc. The most common method for the synthesis of these compounds is the condensation reaction between orthophenylene diamines and ۱,۲-dicarbonyl compounds, which uses various catalysts, especially acidic catalysts. In this project, a new method for the synthesis of quinoxaline derivatives is presented according to the principles of green chemistry. For this purpose, the synthesis of these compounds was investigated through the condensation reaction of aromatic ۱,۲-diketones with orthophenylene diamine derivatives in ethanol solvent and at a temperature of ۹۰ °C in the presence of Nano silica sulfamic acid as a heterogeneous acid catalyst. These reactions produced the corresponding products with high yields in relatively short times.
