چکیده مقاله:

Effective nursing management is essential for ensuring high-quality patient care, staff satisfaction, and operational efficiency in hospitals. Traditional methods of nurse scheduling and resource allocation are often time-consuming, inflexible, and prone to errors, leading to staffing imbalances, increased workload, and compromised patient care. Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers innovative solutions to these challenges by leveraging predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and decision support systems to optimize workforce management. This study explores the theoretical foundations, practical applications, and potential benefits of AI in nursing management. It examines AI-powered scheduling systems, predictive modeling for staffing needs, and optimization of nursing resources, highlighting their ability to enhance efficiency, fairness, and transparency. The study also addresses challenges in AI implementation, including data privacy, system integration, staff acceptance, and ethical considerations, and proposes strategies for effective adoption. The findings indicate that AI can significantly improve nurse scheduling, resource allocation, and overall hospital performance while supporting staff well-being and maintaining high standards of patient care. The study underscores AI’s transformative role in creating resilient and responsive healthcare systems
