چکیده مقاله:

considering the place of man as a fundamental factor of national progress and development, one of the fundamental problems of every country is the methods of managing specialized and valuable people, in a word, human resource management. The lack of ability of individuals and the provision of the country by incompetent individuals has negative consequences, and this issue is very costly, problematic, and has threatening consequences for the country. In all organizations, human resource management has taken on a special place and importance, to the point that it has been mentioned as the main concern of managers. In fact, the necessity of human resource management is not hidden from anyone, because the productivity of human resources can be considered exactly equivalent to the productivity of the organization, that is the existential philosophy of the organization. In the last decade, the role of the human approach in development has received much attention and attention from researchers. The importance of this issue can be considered in the role of this factor in the future of development. The greatest competitive advantage of countries is having a capable human resource. The purpose of the present study is to present a human resource development model based on the organization's knowledge management components. The method of the present study is descriptive-correlational. The results of the study with structural equation software showed that the increase in global transactions and the development of the level of interaction of companies with the environment have encouraged organizations to carry out activities that provide the opportunity to gain a competitive advantage and adapt to complex and dynamic environmental conditions and meet current and future needs. Many companies claim that the pressures of competitive forces resulting from globalization are increasing and that an organization's ability to face these pressures depends on their superior use of human resources. With the growth of industries and knowledge workers, the pressure on the human resource department has increased and has faced the organizational structure with serious challenges organization.
