The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into drug discovery has ushered in a paradigm shift, accelerating the identification of novel therapeutics while reducing costs and failure rates. Recent advances in deep learning, generative models, and multi-omics data integration have enabled unprecedented precision in target identification, molecular design, and preclinical validation. This article explores cutting-edge AI methodologies in drug discovery, highlighting key innovations from ۲۰۲۳–۲۰۲۵, including generative chemistry, reinforcement learning for molecular optimization, and AI-driven clinical trial design. By synthesizing the latest research, we demonstrate how AI is overcoming traditional bottlenecks and shaping the future of pharmaceutical innovation.
