چکیده مقاله:

زمینه فلسفی حجاب و بازتاب آن در قالب یک نظریه اجتماعی و حقوقی، طیف وسیعی از تجربیات انسانی را به دنبال دارد. در این میان، تطبیق موضوع ادیان و حجاب و ارتباط حجاب با دین، از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. مبانی فلسفی حجاب در اندیشه فیلسوفانی چون «دو بوآ و فانون»، رویکردی متفاوت و ازلحاظ نظری، سازنده تر نسبت به این مقوله دارد. در این قرائت، حجاب به مثابه نماد و فرهنگ مادی، به عنوان منبعی برای نظریه پردازی اجتماعی تلقی می شود که زمینه ساز حقوق مربوط به حجاب در یک جامعه است. در نوشتار حاضر سعی بر آن شده است تا مبانی مفهوم فلسفی حجاب در سیر تحول غرب با اسلام، با روش توصیفی تحلیلی مورد قیاس و بررسی قرار گیرد و چالش های در پیش رو در این خصوص، از دیدگاه فلسفی و حقوقی بحث گردد.
