چکیده مقاله:
Digital transformation has emerged as a critical trend in the logistics industry, enhancing efficiency, flexibility, and transparency across supply chains. Despite its importance, many digital transformation efforts fail due to the absence of integrated frameworks that comprehensively address barriers, success factors, and leading practices. This study aims to identify, analyze, and integrate the barriers, critical success factors, and leading practices in the digital transformation journeys of logistics service providers (LSPs). Employing a mixed-method approach and grounded in the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework and Dynamic Capabilities Theory, the research gathers data through structured surveys, semi-structured interviews, and case studies. Findings indicate that organizational resistance to change, outdated technological infrastructures, digital skills shortages, financial limitations, and lack of strategic vision are the main barriers. Conversely, leadership commitment, strategic alignment, technological investment, employee training, an agile culture, and external collaboration were identified as key success factors. Digital transformation in logistics goes beyond mere technological change and requires the interplay of technological, organizational, and environmental dimensions. By presenting a comprehensive approach, this study offers practical guidance for logistics managers to design effective digital strategies and build sustainable competitiveness in the sector.
