چکیده مقاله:
Stress is one of the issues that many teachers face during their professional career. Heavy responsibilities, educational pressures, and interaction with students and parents can become factors that increase stress. One of the main problems of today's humanity, which, according to scientists, is the result of rapid social changes, is the issue of stress. Anything that disrupts the biological or psychological integrity of a person or the organism in general and creates conditions that the organism naturally avoids is considered stress. Job stress is one of the main types of stress and is actually a type of stress that arises from job-related issues. Job stress has been defined as the interaction between work conditions and the individual characteristics of the employee in such a way that the demands of the work environment and, as a result, the pressures associated with it are more than the individual can handle. Job satisfaction, as a dependent variable, is the product of various factors. Attractive work, work with the possibility of creativity, work with respect, work with value, and so on, play an important role in job satisfaction. A good relationship with the supervisor increases job satisfaction. A competent, intelligent, accessible, ethical, well-mannered, flexible, feedback-giving supervisor and manager, who respects independence in work, and has such characteristics, increases job satisfaction. Teacher stress is associated with decreased job satisfaction, negative teaching methods, and poor student outcomes.
