چکیده مقاله:

Ibn Arabi as founder of theoretical mysticism has established the modern science in Islamic World for the first time, which is same rational explanation of ultimate intuitions of mystics. Undoubtedly, the first step toward mystical epistemology that speaks on a kind of knowledge beyond reason and intellect is criticism of reason and its metrology. The most important basis of epistemology of Ibn Arabi is that no one can gain proper knowledge; unless the person recognizes objects’ nature. Every person, who recognizes an object through an issue in addition to its nature, the person is imitator of the additional object, not the owner of guaranteed knowledge. As perception of humans’ nature can’t be their nature, knowledge resulted from perception is not true knowledge, but also is just imitation. Therefore, Ibn Arabi has compared Theory of Imitating God with Imitating infallible wisdom and has stated that the better way for such imitation that is same obedience of God’s orders can make people to reach highest degrees and positions. Through this, wisdom that is a trustable knowledge and its position is in human’s heart would be plummeted upon heart of mystic and through such wisdom, the mystic can achieve reality and nature of objects and can use the intuitions to give rights of every rightful entity as it is imperative.
